NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Next week (Aug. 7 – 13) is National Farmers Market Week and what better way to honor our local farmers and artisans than by visiting the plethora of farmers markets in the area?

National Farmers Market Week is held every year to highlight the important role that farmers markets play in America’s food system.
