NEW ORLEANS— The NOPD is working the scene of a traffic fatality that happened around 4:00 a.m. in New Orleans East.
Officers’ initial reports show a woman was hit on I-10 East just past the Michoud Blvd. exit. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
