NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – It’s a serving served in what looks like a hot tub.  It’s the world’s biggest bowl of pasta.  New Orleans Italian American Marching Club served it up to the public Friday, WGNO News with a Twist features guy Wild Bill Wood wants you to take a bite… or two.


Pasta Dish:

500 pounds of pasta, 150 gallons of meatless gravy, 50 pounds of cheese along with sardines, fennel, pine nuts, and raisins mixed into an eight-foot pasta dish.

The traditional St. Joseph dish is called Pasta con Sardi.
