BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. (WGNO) – Who says there’s only one way to make pottery? Steve Barney says you and the pottery wheel could hang upside down if you want.
Steve says the upside down technique gives you a completely different perspective, it also gravity helps pull the clay and give it a unique shape.
Steve travels all over teaching kids this pottery technique. He demonstrated upside down pottery at the Arts Alive Festival this past Saturday.
