NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Red Rooster is an entrepreneurial success that started with a can of red paint and a snoball machine. Thirty years ago Easter Merryman started the stand and now the snoball stand is one of the first to pop up for out of towners searching “snoballs in New Orleans.”
Since then she’s incorporated a lot of food into her ever growing menu including Ya-Ca-Mein, nachos, burgers and others.
