Metairie, La (WGNO) – Lou Lou’s has been around a while but for the last two years it’s been under new ownership. You can get your traditional snoballs but the women who run the Lou Lou stand recommend you break out of your pattern and try something different. Some flavors they recommend are their fresh made from scratch strawberry snoball, peach and plum or any other of their many chooses.
