NEW ORLEANS — Jazz Fest is almost as much about the food as it is about the music, so this year, News with a Twist hosts LBJ and Susan Roesgen decided to challenge themselves — to see how much food they could buy on a limited budget.
They called it the $20 challenge, and they weren’t disappointed.
