WAVELAND, Ms – The weather is chilly.
It’s cold.
Even by the beach in Waveland, Mississippi.
Especially on Halloween.
But kids are warming up with Halloween candy.
Thousands of them are showing up.
But WGNO News with a Twist features guy Wild Bill Wood says the weather may be frightful, but nothing stops the tradition of what’s called Truck or Treat in middle of downtown Waveland.
