NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – It’s the party you don’t want to miss. It’s Boudin, Bourbon & Beer this Friday, November 4 on Champions Square from 6 pm to 10:30 pm.
Chef Emeril Lagasse has been throwing this super-sized party for the last six years.
Emeril joins 60 other chefs from across America who come to New Orleans to create their twists on boudin.
All the money goes to the Emeril Lagasse Foundation which seeks to create opportunities to inspire, mentor and enable youth to reach their fullest potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education with a focus on life skills development.
