NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)- Sunny skies on Carnival Day helped ensure that the pageantry of the Mardi Gras Indians would be on display throughout the city.
From the Lower 9th Ward, to Uptown, to Treme, WGNO traveled to catch up with the Indian tribes showing off their new suits.
