(WGNO) – Tuesday, October 28 is the last day to vote early for the upcoming November 4 election.

There are 14 constitutional amendments on the ballot, voting for school board seats, judicial races, and the race for the Senate seat. Congressman Bill Cassidy hopes to take the seat away from Senator Mary Landrieu, who hopes to be elected for a third term.

The Louisiana Secretary of State says the ballot is very long, so they encourage voters to do their homework.

The polls will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.
