SAN DIEGO, Feb. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Oncology Associates of San Diego (MOASD), a leading Southern California independent oncology practice, is proud to announce the opening of its fifth cancer care center in San Diego County. The La Jolla clinic, in partnership with esteemed oncologist and hematologist Sabina Wallach, MD, expands the practice's reach and enhances its ability to deliver high-quality cancer care throughout San Diego County.

Dr. Wallach is joined at the La Jolla center by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including Dr. Marie Shieh, Dr. Heather Tracy, Dr. James Coggan, and Michelle Davis, FNP treating patients. The clinic offers a full spectrum of cancer care services, from early detection and diagnosis to treatment and ongoing support, including access to innovative clinical trials. The practice begins seeing patients on February 3.

The practice's main 9,000-square-foot facility, featuring 20 infusion chairs, is located on the campus of Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego. Other MOASD clinics are adjacent to UCSD East Hospital, Sharp Coronado Hospital, and Scripps Mercy Hospital.
