NEW ORLEANS — On Tuesday morning, Mayor LaToya Cantrell joined other officials in NORD’s Annual Splash Day, to kick off the summer youth and teen camp opportunities.
The New Orleans Recreation Development Commission will also be offering a summer aquatics program.
