On September 14, the New Orleans Coroner identified the three victims killed in this incident.
The victims are as follows:
- 17-year-old Frank Bedell
- 19-year-old Hassan Miller
- 19-year-old Khalil Allen
The three teenage victims all died as a result of gunshot wounds.

NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is investigating a quadruple shooting that occurred late Thursday night on Rayne Drive, near Paris Ave.
NOPD responded to the 4100 block of Rayne Drive at 9:38 p.m.
Reports show at least three people were killed in the shooting, and a fourth victim was transported to an area hospital with a gunshot wound.
Two subjects were detained for questioning and officers also found several guns on scene.
