NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)- Olympics mania is sweeping the world!  Gymnastics is definitely a fan-favorite especially for News with a Twist Reporter Kenny Lopez, who went to learn the basics of the sport at Empire Gymnastics Academy.

Greg Grillot coaches the Men’s Gymnastics team and said, “Gymnastics is the basis for every sport out there.  You learn how to jump, learn how to run, learn how to be powerful.  The things I’ll teach you today are things that almost anybody can walk into a gym and learn to do.”
