Alleged Bourbon Street shooter Trung Le was indicted by a grand jury, but only faces two charges in the June shooting that injured nine people and killed one. Le is charged with manslaughter and attempted murder. District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro says prosecutors had to decide which charges they could prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
