NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Accused Joe McKnight shooter Ronald Gasser has been arrested and charged with manslaughter, according to Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office records.
Gasser was arrested on December 5, and his bond amount is listed as zero on the JPSO inmate search website.
Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand is expected to give an update on the case at a scheduled 10 a.m. press conference at the JPSO crime lab.
