NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Fox Sports sideline reporter and anchor Jen Hale shares three things fantasy players need to know about Sunday’s Saints vs. Raiders matchup in the Superdome:

1. It should be a high scoring game and therefore the perfect Week 1 kickoff for fantasy players who have Saints or Raiders players.

2. We all know the Saints are a pass first offense. So if you’ve got Drew Brees or his leading receiver Brandin Cooks, you’re in great shape. Last season the Saints were the only team in the NFL to average over 310 passing yards per game – substantially more than the Patriots, who finished second with 288 passing yards a contest.

3. The Raiders’ Derek Carr likes to battle it out in the air as well. Last season, Carr and the Raiders threw the ball 63% of the time–9th most in the NFL. Receivers Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree accounted for almost half of Carr’s targets.
