NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a 14-year-old girl who hasn’t returned home since Sunday, June 5.

Police say Dashanaire Reddick left her home in the 2200 Block of Licciardi Drive in Violet, La., without the knowledge or permission from her legal guardian. Reddick was reported missing in St. Bernard Parish that same day.

But on Monday, June 13, authorities learned Reddick was at a residence in the area of Downman Road and Lewis Road in New Orleans.

Reddick subsequently fled the location but is believed to be still in the area.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Dashanaire Reddick is asked to contact the NOPD Seventh District at 504-658-6070 or the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office at 504-271-2501.
