The Thanksgiving holiday is already underway at the Audubon Insectarium and it was a feast visitors won’t soon forget. This holiday meal had some unique ingredients… bugs! These edible insects were prepared with a holiday flavor.
Zack Lemann, a chef at the Audubon Insectarium, tells us we all have probably already eaten an insect or two without knowing it.
